Colony Park welcomes the Luckyday Foundation

January 22, 2014

Colony Properties, an H. C. Bailey Company, is pleased to welcome the Luckyday Foundation to 200 Renaissance.  The Luckyday Foundation was founded by the late Frank R. Day, former chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Trustmark National Bank, to fund scholarships for Mississippi high school seniors who demonstrate leadership skills, who are exemplary students, who are involved in their communities and need financial assistant to pursue a higher education. Until his death in 1999, Mr. Day provided scholarships anonymously through The Luckyday Foundation for eight Bailey Magnet School students. His goal was to provide deserving high school students who otherwise had little chance for a college education with the opportunity to continue their education at a major university.

200 Renaissance is located at 1020 Highland Colony Parkway and is home to a number of prestigious firms. The building is reaching full occupancy and has a few spaces remaining available for lease.
