Colony Park Welcomes Zurich American Insurance

Colony Properties, an H. C. Bailey Company is pleased to welcome Zurich American Insurance, its newest tenant to 200 Renaissance.  Zurich American Insurance is a leading commercial property-casualty insurance provider serving the global corporate, large corporate, middle market, specialties and programs sectors.  We are excited to have this outstanding tenant located in their new offices on the 7th floor.

200 Renaissance is the largest multi-tenant office building in the state and one of the first LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) buildings constructed in Mississippi.  The building is located in Renaissance at Colony Park, a 75 acre development that includes both 100 and 300 Renaissance, the Hyatt Place Hotel, and the Renaissance Center.  Currently the building is reaching full occupancy and has three remaining spaces available for lease.
