100 Renaissance is located at the corner of Highland Colony Parkway and Steed Road in the campus of Renaissance at Colony Park, a 75 acre development that includes both 200 and 300 Renaissance, the Hyatt Place Hotel, and the Renaissance Center.  The building is now 100% leased.
